• Active Ingredient: Palbociclib (125mg)
• Mechanism of Action: The medication works as a cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4 and 6 inhibitor. It blocks proteins essential for cell growth and division, which helps slow down or stop the multiplication of cancer cells.
• Indications: Kixta 125mg is prescribed for adults with hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) breast cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic).
• Administration: It is typically used in combination with hormonal therapies (like an aromatase inhibitor or fulvestrant) and is taken orally, with food, at the same time each day. 

• Take one 125mg capsule once daily for 21 consecutive days.
• Followed by a 7-day break from the medication.
