- Active Ingredient: Leuprolide acetate (11.25 mg).

Common Side Effects
Common side effects may include hot flashes, increased sweating, decreased libido, dizziness, headaches, nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, injection site reactions, fatigue, and muscle weakness.
