Active Ingredient: Human rabbit anti-T cell immunoglobulin, also known as anti-human T-lymphocyte globulin (ATLG).
Mechanism of Action: It works by targeting and suppressing specific white blood cells, primarily T lymphocytes, which are responsible for identifying and attacking the transplanted cells or tissues as "foreign".
Formulation: It is a concentrate for solution for infusion and must be diluted in 0.9% sodium chloride solution before intravenous administration. It is not for direct injection and should be administered over a period of at least 4 hours under strict medical supervision in a hospital setting.
Storage: Vials should be stored in a refrigerator (2C - 8C or 36F - 46F) and kept in the outer carton to protect from light.
Key Uses

Prevention of organ transplant rejection: To help the body accept solid organs such as kidneys.
Treatment of acute organ transplant rejection: For rejection episodes that have not responded well to standard corticosteroid treatment.
Prevention or treatment of severe Graft-versus-Host Disease (GvHD): A serious complication following bone marrow or stem cell transplants where the donor's immune cells attack the recipient's body.
Treatment of Aplastic Anemia: A blood disorder where the bone marrow doesn't produce enough healthy blood cells.
